RGI Staff
In early 1997, several highly regarded service engineers joined RGI to create today’s unique team; hence, “The Rare Group”. This significant event, coupled with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to a wide range of customers, enabled RGI to grow rapidly and become one of the leaders in independent third-party service for electronic pre press and end-users of Screen USA equipment. We are also a sales, parts and service provider with C. P. Bourg.
These individuals have pooled their accumulative expertise and reputation, and can service all equipment on site. This includes high-end scanners to the desktop unit, or the Macintosh and other workstations. RGI’s team of professionals provide customers with the comfort that they will receive the best on-site support in the industry.
Our clients benefit from the expertise of our technical team of professionals represent the most experienced and highly trained people in the industry. Our team includes a workflow specialist, color specialist, training specialist, MAC and PC qualified service engineers, a highly skilled sales staff, and friendly customer service personel.

The RGI corporate office and warehouse new location is in Ontario, California, approximately two miles from the Ontario International Airport and 45 miles from downtown Los Angeles. RGI also has satellite offices in Atlanta, Rhode Island, Denver, and Aguacalientes, Mexico.
