RGI Standard Service Contract

This contract provides complete coverage on all Dainippon Screen USA & Fuji equipment manufactured by

Screen including: Adobe RIPS, HQ RIPS, Imagesetters, Platesetters, Processors and Scanner.  This service

covers all Labor, Parts, Travel Expenses & full Telephone support.  Clients are allowed One Preventative

Maintenance call per year,  scheduled at the customers' convenience.  All services are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 

Services scheduled after normal working hours, weekends and holidays are billed at premium rates.  For

standard rates call RGI.

RGI SERVICE RETAINER CONTRACT

RGI is privileged to announce the newly designed Service Retainer Contract.  This contract provides complete

coverage on all Dainnippon Screen USA & Fuji equipment manufactured by Screen .  Units include Adobe

RIPS, HQ RIPS, Imagesetters, Platesetters, Processors and Scanners.  The Service Retainer Contract

procedure is as follows:

• Labor billed at a reduced rate.
• Parts billed at a reduced rate.
• Travel billed at a reduced rate.
• Training billed at a reduced rate.                                                                                                     
• Expenses billed at actual rate.
• Restrictions apply.

The key benefits of the Service Retainer Contract are:                                                            

• If all funds are not used during the contract

       period, the remaining unused funds are

       carried forward into the next year.

• If all funds are used before expiration of contract

       date, the customer may then purchase

       a new retainer.                                                                                                                                                                  

• Training has been added for our customers,

        to train new personnel or to keep abreast

        with new software upgrades.
